I would not recommend Dan. He is in the pockets of flippers trying to sell their houses instead of looking out for his buyers he has under contract. He works with contractors that do shotty work and will not have your best interest as a buyer in mind.

We had been living in our previous house for 17 years and decided we wanted more room to farm, hunt, etc. When looking around for an agent to represent us and guide us through the process we discovered Dan.
