Why are so many government employees & WPAFB retirees & personnel interested in Union Village?
The truth is there is no one reason! We have asked everyone that has moved here or came to visit from WPAFB that very question. The answers were across the board.
- Some said it was the close knit community feel that they have come to know over their years of service.
- Others just loved the 'walk to anything' concept.
- Most just loved the area since Union Village has that country feel with all the convenience of the city.
- Then there the folks couldn't resist the investment opportunity knowing that UV is just in its infancy and have have seen what it will become through visiting Norton Commons in Louisville, KY.
